Through the Amazon Basin Project, OTCA will hire a consultant in Guyana to support the management of information and data generated through the application of the Regional Monitoring Protocols adopted by the Amazon Network of Water Authorities. This work is part of the implementation of the Integrated Water Resources Monitoring System of the Amazon Basin, which integrates the two Regional Monitoring Networks that operate within the Amazon Regional Observatory (ARO) of OTCA: the Amazon Hydrological Network (RHA) and the Water Quality Network (RQA).
