Through the Amazon Basin Project, OTCA will hire consultants in the eight Amazonian countries to support the management of information and data generated through the application of the Regional Monitoring Protocols adopted by the Amazon Network of Water Authorities, within the framework of the implementation of the Integrated Water Resources Monitoring System of the Amazon Basin. This system will integrate the two Regional Monitoring Networks that operate within the Amazon Regional Observatory (ARO) of OTCA: the Amazon Hydrological Network (RHA) and the Water Quality Network (RQA).
