The Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO) announces a call for specialized technical services to update the Atlas of Hydroclimatic Vulnerability in the Amazon Region, a strategic tool for integrating scientific and territorial information from the eight ACTO member countries: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. This consultancy will contribute to strengthening regional capacities in water management, adaptation to climate change, and reduction of risks associated with extreme hydroclimatic events in the Amazon basin.
STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS
- Reception of proposals: from November 7, 2025, to November 21, 2025, until 11:59 p.m., Brasília time.
- Analysis and qualification of consulting companies/institutions: from November 24 to 28, 2025
- Probable date for selecting the winning company/institution: December 10, 2025
- Probable date for announcing the results and contracting: December 19, 2025
The total duration of the work is 12 (twelve) months from the signing of the contract, and the expected deliverables must be presented according to the Implementation Schedule provided in the Terms of Reference (see below).
