The Secretary-General of the ACTO, Alexandra Moreira, conducted the pre-launch today of the “Project for the Implementation of the Strategic Action Program to Ensure an Integrated and Sustainable Management of the Transboundary Water Resources of the Amazon River Basin Considering Climate Variability and Change.” This event took place alongside the delegates of the eight ACTO Member Countries, who are convening in Brasilia to participate in the workshop for this regional initiative.
During the pre-launch, Moreira emphasized the significance of this project, stating that it is a crucial initiative supported by all Amazonian countries.
